Ramon Bilbao Limited Edition is a dry red wine from the renowned wine region of Rioja (specifically Rioja Alta), released as a limited edition. It is harvested at the Valpierre estate, situated at an altitude of 600 meters above sea level. A modern and distinctive wine. Aged for 15 months in new French oak barrels and completes its maturation in an underground cellar for an additional 10 months.

Color: Deep intense red with cherry undertones. Aroma: Clean and powerful on the nose. Highly aromatic with fresh fruits, predominantly blackberries and damsons. Scents of licorice, hints of herbs, and dried fruits. Barrel aging imparts wood, spice, and cocoa aromas.

Taste: Intense on the palate, with a pleasant initial taste and balanced acidity. Round and fine tannins. Rich and persistent aftertaste.

Pairs well with: Ideal for pairing with beef, smoked dishes, and international cuisine such as Mexican or spicy Chinese.
