Rosé sparkling wine made from 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay grapes harvested by hand between the end of August and the beginning of September.

Color: It has a copper color reminiscent of aged pink.

Aroma: Refined elegance with a fresh aroma of flowers, notes of blackberries, and wild strawberries.

Taste: Dry, elegant, with notes of sweet almonds and aromatic musk. A lasting finish.

Alcohol: 12.5% vol.
